Born and raised in Brooklyn as one of seven children, Lamont Sincere found his voice in his father’s church choir — the spark that set him on a path from artist to producer to engineer.
After years of recording himself, he discovered a passion for engineering and polished his skills at Full Sail University, a foundation that propelled him into a full-time career behind the console.
A pivotal introduction made hip-hop legend Doug E. Fresh his mentor, opening the door to produce tracks for the 2014 Soul Train Awards. In 2018 he teamed with manager Ethelie Evelyn to build a competitive strategy as a mixing engineer.
Around the same time he linked up with artist Cam Wallace; after a few years working side by side, the two became a premier engineer-and-artist duo, with further credits spanning Motown Records and Wiz Khalifa.
